Propa (Jamel Thomas) was born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in New Orleans & Bermuda.
Making music has been a part of his life since a young child but 2002 was when he began rapping. The “Hot Boyz” first CD in the late 90’s was the main inspiration for Propa’s journey. He began with lucrative freestyle battles at events that would eventually lead him to songwriting for himself and other artists.
Propa has opened for well known artists such as Mario and Mavado and at events such as Good Friday @ Horseshoe Bay, Hamilton Princess Fashion Show, Peace in The Street (mini tour around Bermuda), Chewstick’s Beachfest and Legendary Open-Mic Jam Session.

David France lives in Bermuda and has taught violin at the Bermuda School of Music since 2004.
David grew up in Connecticut where he studied violin in the pre-college division of the Hartt School of Music. He obtained a BA in Music and a MM in Violin Performance from the University of Minnesota. Before coming to Bermuda he taught at St. Joseph School of Music, The St. Paul Conservatory, and Wichita State University, as assistant to John Harrison.
He is an active soloist and Chamber musician. He has performed with The Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, The Wichita Symphony, The Hartford Symphony, the Minnesota Orchestra, and the National Orchestral Institute Orchestra. He has performed with Josh Grobin, Dave Lubbin, Voices of Freedom Gospel Choir, and Smokey Robinson. David has recorded with Dave Lubben, Conspiracy among Friends, Golden and Twisted Linguistics. He is a member of Two to Tango with classical guitarist Louise Southwood and is simultaneously working on a collaborative debut CD in Brooklyn, New York. Mikey Wild Veteran Reggae Recording Artist/Songwriter from the Island of Bermuda. For well over two decades Mikey has performed both locally and on the international stage with the likes of the late great Gregory Isaccs ,Tenor Saw, Shaggy Ray von, Barrington Levi, Yellow Man, Ninja Man, Junior Demus, Admiral Bailey, Admiral Tibet, Ziggy Marley, The Wailers, The Skatalites, Luciano & Mikey General, HeavyD, TLC, BustaRymes, Gyptian… the list goes on and on. In the Summer of 2008 Mikeys single “LifeStory”reached the American Billboards Top 10 Hot Singles Chart. Mikey’s Passion for Music continues to drive him forward on his Musical Journey!

“Last year I participated in the first Youtube Symphony Orchestra. I hope to audition for the youtube Symphony 2011.”
Meet the Youtube Symphony: David France lives in Bermuda and has taught violin at the Bermuda School of Music since 2004. In 2007 the New York Post featured his single Peddling Medicine from the hip hop Album by the same name in their MPFREES section.
He pursued a graduate degree in violin performance at the University of Minnesota with Sally OReilly and Orchestral Studies with Aaron Janse of the Minnesota Orchestra.
He has appeared in concert with Josh Grobin and Smokey Robinson. His orchestral credits include The Bermuda Philharmonic, Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra, The La Crosse Symphony, The Hartford Symphony, and The Wichita Symphony.
As a street performer he is at the forefront of improvised compositions for the hang drum and violin. Mr. France can also be heard as featured soloist on the album Conspiracy Among Friends.
