Born and raised in Bermuda with a rich cultural background that includes African, European and East Asian, Devaune was exposed to many different genres of music. He was also greatly influenced by the music his parents listened to most, people like Michael & Janet Jackson, Gloria Estefan, Lionel Ritchie and Diana Ross.
My first taste of “The Bug” came when I was four years old and my parents entered me into a talent show. I sang ‘Reach Out and Touch (Somebody’s Hand)’ and got a standing ovation. I’ve been on stage ever since, from school plays to violin recitals …
Bermuda’s singer/songwriter Twanée recently released “Lessons Learned” as an mp3 and already the piece has been viewed more than 10,000 times.

There is no stopping singer/songwriter Twanée in 2012, as she prepares the release of her debut album. Twanée just released her first song “Lesson Learned” a coupe of weeks ago, and she’s back already with her second track titled “Cold As Ice”
