Flookie sings “Natty Dreadlocks allowed in the inn” […]
“In the land of the blind the one eyed man is king, so … Beauty’s in the eye of the beholder”
Flookie recorded this song in Jamaica at Leggo Studio with J.A. musicians, they built a different riddim as they were just going from his vocal, But he had written and arranged the song on THIS riddim and the “no, no , no no” vocal melody he sings on the later version is TAKEN from the Piano and melodica melody in this riddim and that melody was written by David Arrowsmith !!!!! Bermuda’s New Pitch Is Short: ‘So Much More’
A popular vacation destination is trying again to encourage tourists to expect the unexpected, as well as all that visitors have traditionally traveled there for.
The goal is explicit in the theme of a campaign on behalf of the Bermuda Department of Tourism: “So much more.” The campaign, now under way, plays up cultural and culinary attractions and diversions like scuba diving and golf along with mainstays like the pink sand beaches and Bermuda’s proximity to the East Coast.
