Twanée (pronounced Twa-Nay), has always displayed a genuine passion for singing, dancing, and acting. Born and raised in the beautiful island of Bermuda, she has performed in numerous major productions worldwide, opening for a variety of celebrity artists such as Alicia Keys, Keyshia Cole, Jennifer Hudson, Mya, Snoop Dogg, Fantasia Barrino, Faith Evans, Stephanie Mills, Kirk Franklin, Cece Winans, Seal, Isaac Hayes, Mike Phillips, Charlie Wilson, Aaron Neville, reggae artists Freddie McGregor, Glen Washington, Gyptian, Morgan Heritage, Warrior King, I-Wayne, Tony Rebel, and many more.

Twanée took a leap of faith and moved to NYC in 2010 to take her career to the next level. At her very first open mic, she ran into the music production company Mudd Monkey Inc. owned by Ky Miller, Producer/Engineer for Curtis Jackson aka “50 Cent”. The company has since adopted her and vigorously worked on further developing her as an artist, incorporating all the styles she learned over the years and combining them into one incredible sound.

Since then, she has performed the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ at Fenway Park in Boston for a Boston Red Sox game. She featured on 50 Cent‘s ‘Shooting Guns’ feat. Kidd Kidd & Twanée which was released on 50 Cent’s mix-tape ‘The Big 10’; she has also received two movie placements in 50 Cent’s film ‘All Things Fall Apart’. In addition, she collaborated with fellow Bermudian recording artist Collie Buddz on the song  “Bermuda Is So Much More” which was broadcasted world-wide via the Bermuda Tourism Department

Twanée is presently an independent artist and with her well-rounded background and endless determination, she is destined to excel in the performing arts where her focus on becoming internationally recognized will be assured with the support of those that appreciate her exceptionally unique talent.
